EMC2 provides the following services to law firms:
- Supplemental employment counseling services to law firms and their clients
- Training seminars on a variety of issues such as AB 1825 Training, hiring practices and leaves of absence obligations
- Serve as individual counsel to executives and board members in the event of law firm conflicts of interest
- Investigations into allegations of misconduct by law firm staff
